will this item fit my 86 F350 Chassis cab? Thanks

I have a solution for you but the Buyers Products Hitch Plate for Pintle Mounting item # 3371809030B only fits 1999 and newer Ford F-350's. For your 1986 F-350 Cab and Chassis you will want the Buyers Products Flatbed/Flatbed Dump Hitch Plate Bumper item # 3371809050. This hitch plate is made to attach to frames that are 34" wide.

I attached a picture of a diagram I made that will show you the dimensions of this hitch plate.
