What is the Rise/Drop on BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitch MD256

The ad in one place says the is 8inch and in the same ad 6, which is it I need an 8inch for one of my trailers.

The BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitch # MD256 has an 8-1/4" drop and 8-1/2" rise. BulletProof Hitches does not follow the standard measurement which is where the confusion is coming from. Rise is the distance from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform when the ball mount is oriented for greater coupler height. Drop is the distance from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform when the ball mount is oriented for lower coupler height. So the 8" measurement is accurate and will work for you, the 6" should be disregarded.
