Question:
Hi. We have a 2022 Fleetwood Bounder 33C motorhome F350 chassis. The vehicle sways terribly and causes a lot of driver fatigue. We were thinking steering stabilizer and anti-sway bars. Is that a good move and/or what do you recommend? Thank you.

You're on the money with what you need to improve the handling of your 2022 Fleetwood Bounder 33C motorhome. Big rigs like yours (which is on a Ford F53 chassis) can be very taxing due to how hard you have to work to keep it in line, so the best thing you can do is add anti-sway bars and a steering stabilizer. I'll go ahead and list out the fits for your '22 Bounder 33C, which I verified with Roadmaster for you:
- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM25VR
- Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148
- Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM82RR
The anti-sway bars are the best thing to add because they act as a brace between the frame of your motorhome, and are constructed with higher-strength, thicker steel than OEM sway bars. This gives them much higher roll stiffness to combat sway - the higher the roll stiffness the better sway control.
So the anti-sway bars will help with sway, and the steering stabilizer will work in combination with them to improve the responsiveness of your rig's steering so you don't have to work as hard. The combination of these three parts will dramatically increase the handling and comfort of your Fleetwood, allowing you to enjoy your time on the road instead of exhaustively attempting to keep your rig centered at all times.
