Depending on how you measured, you may be able to use the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e97SR. This leaf spring is 27" long and is designed for 3,500 lb axles. You also want to match up your leaf spring capacity to your current axle capacity. Assuming your leaf springs are worn out they will be elongated. If you didn't account for this, then the 27" measurement is probably more accurate. If the # e97SR was worn out and flat it would measure 28" eye to eye.
