Can Trailer Axle Leaf Spring e22YR Install on Overslung and Underslung Axle

Question:
I am looking at this product 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles - 26 Long Item # e22YR and it looks like what I have except the springs I have, the bolt head is on the top and the circle part is on the bottom. My axle has the spot for the circle but it is under the spring. So it looks like the new ones would have a nut trying to rest in a round hole. Do you have any that are this size but the other way around?

There is a pin or bolt head/locator on the top and bottom of the etrailer leaf spring part # e22YR that you referenced so you can install it on a over slung or under slung trailer axle setup.
