When installed, how far is the Magnum offset to the side of the hitch, center to center? Thanks in advance

According to sketches we've received from Viking Solutions in the past it looks like the outside section of the Rack Jack Magnum Hoist w/ Winch # 310-VMH001 sits about 17.1" out from the center of the hitch receiver.
