Hi, which is Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers - Keyed Alike, which is compatible with the hitch #24913, for use in a rack rocky mount monorail.

The RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack part # RKY10004 comes with a threaded hitch pin and lock knob for security. If you need a new lock pod for either the bike or hitch lock we do offer this as the Replacement Hitch Lock Pod for RockyMounts Bike Rack part # RKY12006. If you need a new threaded hitch pin you'll have to reach out to the manufacturer.

The Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers is not compatible unfortunately.
