Question:

Can the SSA34 rear springs be used in conjunction with my existing Air-Lift system? I primarily want to raise the back end another 1inch to 2inch . The air bags give me about 1inch of raise and help provide a better ride.

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFERSD is the only system that you may be able to use with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88242. Since the air springs sit over the leaf springs on your 2018 Ford E-450 chassis under your 2018 Nexus Viper V29 you will not be able to use the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA34. The Timben springs mount in place of the factory bump stops under the frame rails. You will need to ensure the springs will not contact the lower plate for the Air Lift Springs by ensuring that you have 2" horizontal clearance from the center bolt hole in the frame to the lower bracket.
