Question:
Once assembled, including the brake line connection, do I need to bleed the brakes before use? The master cylinder came already full of brake fluid. Has the system been bled prior to shipment? If it does need to be bled, how do I actuate the brake cylinder to push fluid through the lines to the bleeders at the wheels? Thanks for your help.

You do indeed need to bleed the brakes before use of the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes # DM9713093.
I have added a cut out from the linked instructions which detail the process, and to actuate the fluid you can do it by hand by pumping the actuator, but this can be very difficult, so it's best to use a tool like the Powerbuilt Brake Bleeder # ALL648591 or Hand Vacuum Pump Brake Bleeder # PTW87030.
