Question:

Can this Curt rack work on fat tire 29” eBikes WITH full fenders? If not, what would you recommend, especially if I might want to add a 3rd eBike or cargo shelf?

No, the Curt Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # C89JR will not work for your 2 e-bikes with fenders and there is no add on for this rack if you decide to add a 3rd bike.

We have a couple bike rack options to carry 2 e-bikes with full fenders, but we do not have any great options to carry 3 e-bikes that have full fenders.

If your e-bikes are not a step-thru model you can use the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR which uses a frame mount style and will work with bikes that have fenders. 80 lb. per bike capacity.

If your e-bikes are step-thru models then you can use the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA77FR which uses a wheel mount style. But, the mounting style uses straps which allows this to be compatible with your full fenders. 75 lb. per bike capacity.

Both of these racks will carry up to 2 bikes. We do not have a rack that can handle the weight of a 3rd e-bike and be compatible with the full fenders your bikes have.
