How far down are the holes from inside top?

I went out to the warehouse to determine the mounting pattern of the Model 6 actuator and the coupler, # T4853100.I have included a picture below that shows the bolt patterns. The 2 holes are at 1.031 inches, the last 2 holes are at 1.25 inches and the 1 hole is at 2.071 inches.
