Titan Zinc-Plated Straight-Tongue Coupler - 21,000 lbs Titan Trailer Coupler Code: T4853100 Is the coupler and the body SAE J684 certified to 21K or is it just the coupler head that is rated at 21K?

The Titan Zinc-Plated Straight-Tongue Coupler, part # T4853100 is designed to fit a 3 inch wide channel tongue on your trailer.

This entire coupler is rated for 21,000 lbs, not just one component. I called my contact at Titan and they told me that this coupler is SAE J864 certified, which is the certification number for 21,000 lb couplers. I have attached a link to a product review video you can check out.
