Cargo Carrier Recommendation For A Keystone Outback With A Recessed Bumper

Looking at 24x84 cargo rack for trailer bumper, for Keystone Outback. The bumper is recessed 1”, but 2” below trailer body. Is there a way to fit the brackets to the bumper? Not worried about folding.

Since you have a recessed bumper on your Keystone Outback, instead of using the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99049 I recommend going with the:
-24x40 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99050.
This cargo carrier will work better for a recessed bumper since it mounts to the side of the bumper rather than the top of the bumper.
