Troubleshooting a Jensen JWM40 RV Stereo Not Responding to the Remote

Question:
How do you rest the remote control to the unit? Changed batteries and sensors working.

If the remote for your Jensen RV Stereo # JWM40 is not working, you should ensure that there are clear lines of sight between the remote and senor and that the batteries in the remote are in good working order and installed correctly. If this is the case and your remote is still not working you can try resetting the radio using a ball point pin or something similar to press the reset button.
If after resetting the unit your remote still does not work, we have the Replacement Service Package for Jensen RV Stereo # JEN94FR available which includes a new remote.
