Troubleshooting Remote Not Pairing With Jensen JWM41 RV Stereo

Question:
I can’t get the remote to pair with my radio. I have a JWM41, and saw that the JWM40 remote replacement would work.

The Replacement Service Package for Jensen RV Stereo # JEN94FR does contain the correct remote for your Jensen RV Stereo # JWM40(JWM41). Be sure to check the IR sensors on the stereo(see image) and remote for clear line of sight, and check the battery is in working condition and inserted correctly.
