Hi, i want to change the original tire and rim on my single-axle, Load-Rite trailer to a tire with larger, triangular holes in the rim. I want to be able to slip a security chain through the holes in the rim. The original tire is: Taskmaster 4.80-12 rim 3.75 no. 03 80 m 81 mph 6 P.R. nylon cord Load range C tubeless Max. load 990 lbs @ 90 psi cold Tread 4 plys Sidewall 2 plys Bolt Pattern 5 x 4 1/2 I would like to purchase the Loadstar 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12inch Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C Item # AM30670. Will this tire and rim be compatible with the other original tire and rim on my trailer or would you recommend something else? When it comes to replacing your Taskmaster 4.80-12 tire and rim The Loadstar 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12 inch Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM30670 would be a good replacement.

The Loadstar wheel has a ply rating of 6, and has a maximum load rating of 990 pounds at 90 psi. The rim has a capacity of 1,250 pounds. The rim has a 8-spoke steel wheel which is galvanized which will help resist rust.
