The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-135 will replace your factory sway bar on your 2017 Ram 2500 with a stronger bar and polyurethane bushings. If your only issue is sway this is what you need to help reduce sway.
If you are also dealing with rear suspension sag the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SS27GR will reduce sag and provide additional stability to reduce sway. These can be used with the sway bar listed above for increased sway reduction if you do not feel there is enough sway reduction with only one system.
