Can Adhesive Be Used To Mount Redarc Solar Panel Corner Mounts

Question:
Can I use an adhesive to glue Redarc solar panel corner mounts to my 2020 Keystone Cougar 30RLS membrane roof, rather than drilling and screwing through the membrane. If so, what adhesive do you recommend?

The Redarc Solar Panel Corner Mounts part # RED79VR can be attached either by screws or adhesive. I don't have an exact adhesive brand per se but Redarc recommends silicone adhesive which is common and can be found locally. The most secure method however would be screws but adhesive can be used if you don't want to drill.
