What is the procedure for preparing the vehicle for dolly towing a 2021 Traverse AWD. I would assume shifting into 2WD, then leaving the shift selector neutral. Is this correct. Also, will I then need a battery disconnect. If I can leave it in park when 2WD is selected that deletes the need to disconnect the battery. The Owners Manual is clear as mud on this subject!

@SteveP I pulled up the owners manual and it does not specify anything for the AWD models of the vehicle so what I would have to recommend is contact a local GM dealer to see if they can give you more specific instructions. I'd hate to tell you it's find to tow the vehicle and have it cause damage. Usually AWD vehicles can't be towed on a dolly.
