Question:
What is the diameter of the ball shank? I have a couple trailers with 1-7/8 or 2” balls and prefer to use a Convert-A-Ball ball for convenience rather than carrying several mounts/balls. Thanks

The replacement hitch ball for the Shocker Hitch XR Adjustable Drop Hitch is part # A-90 and has a 1-1/4" shank.
All of the Convert-A-Ball hitch balls have a 1" shank so you'll either need to use one of the hitch ball kits, part # 906b, with a hitch ball bushing # 58184 to take up that extra space or you can use an upgraded ball mount with integrated hitch balls like the B&W Tow and Stow part # BWTS10040B for a 2-ball system or part # BWTS10049B for a 3-ball system.
No matter which ball mount you go with I recommend picking up a locking hitch pin like part # 34061075-D to secure your investment to your tow vehicle.
