Will B&W Continuum Weight Distribution Fit with Auto-Leveling Tongue Jack?

Question:
I have a 2025 Grand Design Reflection 315RLFS travel trailer - and it has a self auto leveling system. Im pretty sure the foot plate on my electric jack will not fit between the flat bars. My campers auto leveling system also runs the electric front jack automatically while the self leveling does its thing. My concern I dont want my electric jack trying to force that foot plate up against the flat bars all the time and I do not want to remove the foot plate all the time. So is the BandW Continuum Weight Distribution system compatible with a self leveling system on a camper when it automatically runs the front jack? I appreciate your input.

Hey Vernon, thanks for reaching out and providing all of the details!
It sounds like you have the 10K Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System # LC672136 which will work just fine with the B&W Continuum # BW28FR. We actually have a photo (see attached) of the Continuum being installed with the Bulldog Jack # BD500187 with a 5-1/2" diameter footplate so as long as your footplate matches that diameter we can be confident it will work.
Do you have a larger diameter footplate? If so, what is the size? I can do some digging if you let me know.

Hi Jon G. The diameter of my footplate is 9 inches - quite a bit larger than the 5 1/2 inch footplate diameter of the Bulldog Jack you were referencing. Would it be as simple as replacing my larger footplate with a smaller one? I am not interested in replacing the whole jack. I'm sure a larger foot plate provides a little more stability to the camper when unhooked from the vehicle - but I think probably 95% the stability is from the self leveling system after it's disconnected. So let me know if that might fix my issue to be able to use B&W Continuum Weight Distribution system.
