I recommend the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FHDSTC0101. This fits 4 to 6 lug wheels up to 16-1/2" diameter. I have included some images below showing how the carrier was mounted to the floor of the trailer angle iron to secure it to the trailer.
