Yes, the LaSalle Bristol Cable-Actuated RV Waste Valve for Black Water Tank # 34466N4AB96GMA will work with your 24 CSA Z240.3.2 setup as this waste valve is compatible with 3" diameter black-water sewer pipe.

If you're referring to replacing your 24 CSA Z240.3.2 waste valve, I recommend going with the:

-Valterra Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank # T50A instead.

This is virtually the same waste valve as your 24 CSA Z240.3.2, but does not have the 96" long pull cable that # 34466N4AB96GMA has.

You're also going to need some ABS solvent # 3447530889 to complete installation, and bond the ABS plastic together.
