I recommend checking out the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY66ZR. This fits a 2" hitch receiver, can hold up to 70 lb bikes, and includes a storable ramp for easy loading and unloading of your heavy bike(s).
The clamp might be able to secure your bike near the seat tube but if that has too wide of a diameter you can use the Thule Adapter Bar # TH982XT to secure the bike between the handlebars and seat post and then the clamp can hold onto the bar to keep your bike in place.
