Is there a loading ramp that can be used with a Sherpa rack?

There is not a ramp that will work with the Kuat Sherpa Bike Rack. If you like the Sherpa then you would probably like the upgraded Kuat NV 2.0 which not only is compatible with the Access Ramp # ANVBRB, but also has a higher weight capacity of 60lbs per bike. The Kuat NV 2.0 comes in a few variations as you can see:
