I am looking for recommendations for two spare tire mounts. One for a bumper mount 4 camper trailer, and one for a pontoon boat trailer mount.

The best bumper mount spare tire carrier for your camper is going to be the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier for Trailers and RVs - Bumper Mount item # UF15-954730. This carrier fits 4" wide, rear, box-style bumpers. This spare tire carrier swings down to allow quick, easy access to rear storage. It fits most 5-, 6-, and 8-lug automotive wheels with the exception of 5 on 5 bolt patterns. I have linked a review video below.

For your boat trailer I recommend the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier item # FHDSTC0101. This zinc plated, corrosion-resistant, clamp-on spare tire carrier fits most 4-, 5-, and 6-lug wheels up to 16-1/2" in diameter. The carrier fits trailer tongues up to 3" wide.
