I purchased the CE Smith tire carrier. Will the threaded lock bracket fit the lugs?

Yes, the CE Smith Padlock Brackets for Spare Tire Carriers item # CE26002Z-2 you were looking at will fit the CE Smith Spare Tire Carrier for Trailers item # CE22007Z-11050-2 and item # CE22011Z-11050-2. So if you purchased one of those two spare tire carriers you will have no compatibility issues. For a lock, I recommend using the Master Lock Laminated Steel Padlock item # ML1KA.
We offer both components and a lock as well. It is the CE Smith Spare Tire Carrier - Locking - Steel - 4-Lug and 5-Lug Wheels - 8-3/4" item # CE27202.
