We have a few different spare tire carrier options for a trailer but you might have to get creative since you have the covered underbelly.
The simplest option we have is the Lippert Spare Tire Winch # LC159056 which you mount to your trailer frame and then you also need the Handle # LC285324, Extension # LC1315411, and Cotter Pin # 165649 for everything to work properly.
The next option up is the Lippert RV Spare Tire Carrier with Winch # LC159041 which comes with braces that mount to your trailer frame and this comes with the extension so you need to make sure you pick up the Handle # LC285324.
Then for more of a premium option we have the Lippert Underchassis Double Bin Storage Unit w/ Spare Tire Carrier # LC125460 which comes with that bracing but also integrated storage bins. This also comes with everything you need as far as the extension and handle goes.
Attached are some videos for you to check out.
