For your 2023 Buick Enclave the etrailer hitch part # e56YR is your best hidden hitch option. Once installed it sits behind the rear bumper fascia panel which means that when not in use it would be totally hidden. It also has a matte finish instead of gloss which helps it blend in a little bit and has the best price too.
For trailer wiring as well you'd want the Tekonsha kit part # 118761 and you'd be set. This is the easiest to install and is also a very reliable setup.
