Help me understand the difference between the etrailer hitch and the Curt one for my 2023 Ford Escape. Looks like the same thing with a different price.

The Curt # C23FR and etrailer Hitch # e89YR have the same design and specs. The main difference between the two is the powder coat finish. The Curt has a glossy finish while the etrailer hitch has a matte finish. The matte finish gives it more of an OEM look and typically blends better on the vehicle. This also does a better job hiding dirt and scratches compared to the glossy finish. If you aren't concerned with the look of the hitch I would choose whichever has the better price.
