We do carry the Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - Black # LH39FR which has a very similar design to the Leopard. Unfortunately, the Lionshead Aluminum Leopard trailer wheel is no longer available. The Lion would be the best replacement option for your 2012 Dutchmen Voltage 3950.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
