Hey R. Brandon, the correct replacement idler hub for the CE Smith Multi Sport Boat and Kayak Trailer part # CE48810 is the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly part # CE13210. This even comes with a carrying case which is nice since you are wanting this as a spare to keep on hand.
