We definitely have the setup you need to use the Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 on your 2021 Ram 1500 with a bare roof.
Whether you have a Crew Cab or Quad Cab, the absolute best option is to use the following Yakima setup:
- BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y28TR
- BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06135
- Same-Key Lock Cores # Y07204
As far as the crossbars themselves, one of the things we need to make sure is that you have the required 4 inches of overhang past the towers in order for the Hullavator to function. I went ahead and attached a photo with these dimensions for your convenience.
With that being said, in order to know exactly what crossbar length you need, I recommend measuring your roof from left to right. If that measurement does not exceed 52 inches long, you can use the 60" Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426. If that measurement is longer than 52" but does not exceed 62" long, you can use the 70" Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00427. I attached a video that shows the 70" JetStream crossbars installed on a 2018 Ram 1500 to show you perspective.
This will give you the exact crossbar length you need for the Hullavator. The Hullavator attaches perfectly to Yakima JetStream crossbars.
