Question:

I have a 1996 Jayco Eagle SL travel trailer with obsolete 2800 pound axles. Do you have this axle with measurements of 86.5 inch hub face to hub face and 68.5 inch spring centers? The axle is underslung and has a 5 on 4.5 bolt circle.

I did some looking around and just heard back from Dexter. I have a solution for you but we do not have anything with a 68.5" spring centers. We do have a few axles that have a 86.5 inch hub face. The lightest capacity one is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles - 86-1/2" Long - 5,200 lbs item # 8327816. The spring seats are farther out than you need them but you can always remove them and attach new ones. To do this you will need the Truryde Spring Seat for Typical 5,200-lb to 7,200-lb, Round Trailer Axles with 3" Diameter item # TRSS300.
