Will the tk39vr fit this model with a factory trailer tow prep group b package. Thanks

Yes, the Tekonsha trailer wiring kit part # TK39VR does fit the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with the tow package like you mentioned. Since it plugs inline with the taillight connectors to install the tow package does not affect how it installs.
