Yes, you can use the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16115 with your 2014 Ford F-150 but you do need base rails as well and for that I recommend the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2404 which fits all 3 bed sizes for your truck.
Please note the E16 is a base model 5th wheel hitch and we really only recommend using it for occasional and/or short distance towing. The slide bar jaw leaves a bit of slack around the king pin so you'll get a bit of chucking and jarring while towing and it won't be very comfortable. For something with a little more comfort we have the Reese 16K Hitch # RP30047 which uses dual jaws for a better fit with the king pin.
One other thing to keep in mind if your bed length. If you have a long 8' bed or the 5-1/2' bed then you'll want to use a stationary hitch like this (you need a Sidewinder pin box for cab clearance with the 5-1/2' bed) but if you have a 6-1/2' bed you will want to go with a sliding 5th wheel hitch like the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 so you have enough cab clearance for tighter turns.
The Curt and Reese 5th wheel hitches are rated for up to 16K while the B&W is rated for up to 18K. You'll want to check this with the 5th wheel towing capacity for your truck and stay under the lowest rating.
