Question:
Does this item come with spacers or does it have some sort of adjustment that allows the spring to provide support sooner when the truck is weighted down?

The SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs item # SSR-139-40-2 for your 2014 Ford F-250 work by using progressive load control. This allows the springs to compress according to the weight put on them and do not require spacers. The heavier a load you put on your truck the more the springs compress. This feature also allows you to keep your factory ride when you are not towing or hauling. Other systems can cause a stiff ridged feeling in your rear end but you won't have that issue with the SumoSprings. This system has a 3,000 lbs capacity. If you feel like you need a higher capacity you should try the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs item # SS96MR which have a 5,000 lbs capacity.
