The only hitch that is available for your 2022 Genesis GV70 is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # DT63GR you were looking at. This is a class III hitch with more capacity and a wider option of accessory choices. This hitch has a 2" receiver. If you were wanting the class II hitch because you have an accessory that fits a 1-1/4" receiver than you will want to use the etrailer Trailer Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e63YR. This sleeve reduces your 2" receiver for use with 1-1/4" hitch accessories and it does not reduce your hitches capacity.

If you need a wiring harness to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions you will want the Upgraded Modulite Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit w/ 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit item # C59236.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop.
