Long Weight Distribution Shank and Ball Mount and Pintle Mount Solution

Question:
Will this adaptor work with a Drawtite shank? I have a unique issue with my work truck. It’s a 2022 F450 chassis cab. Has a dry freight box and lift gate. The hitch is tucked under the truck pretty far. A good 9” is needed to clear the lift gate. The other problem is that it’s only 17” off the ground. The trailer I tow is much higher than this. I found a Draw tire shank mfg part no 3214 that I think would work. It’s long enough to clear the lift gate and I think y’all enough to make my trailer ride level. But I need to be able to mount a 2-5/16 ball on it. Currently have a bolt on pintle with a ball that works but is too low. I’ve been using a blue ox weight distribution head with the shank flipped down. It works but ground clearance is an issue. I don’t want to cut off the bottom of the bar as this hitch is for another trailer I own. Open to suggestions if you have any. The hitch is 2”.

Yes, the Pintle Hook Adapter for Convert-A-Ball Cushioned Weight Distribution Shank # PA-1 that you referenced will fit on standard weight distribution shanks like the part # EQ90-02-4600. If you wanted a ball mount platform that fits weight distribution shanks too we have the part # BA-1. This would give you a very long ball mount or pintle solution like you are looking for.
