It appears that you have a Fulton Grease Cap # F001503 that fits a 1.781 hub bore. And that someone put in a Grease Zerk # Gzerk on the cap.
If you can confirm that is you hub bore diameter as I cannot tell from your tape measure, you can use the previous cap. Or you can use the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1781SS that are designed to do what your caps are doing.
