You identified the correct grease cap, part # RG04-040. This is sold as a set of two caps. If you ever need replacement rubber plugs we also offer these as a set of two, part # RG04-010.
Since your trailer uses EZ-Lube zerk fittings on the spindles you will be better off with a grease cap that has a removable plug. This will enable you to get quick access to the grease fitting without having to take off the grease caps.
If you want to simplify installation of the grease caps you might consider a dust cap driver tool like part # 290-992. This allows you to fully drive them into place without deforming the cap surface, which is possible if a hammer is used.
