For the correct tire pressure for your tire you will want to check the sidewall of the trailer tire. A tire like the Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire # AM10062 does have a recommended cold tire pressure of 90psi and is rated load range C with a weight capacity off 990lbs.
A tire like the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10234 that is also a load range C only requires 60psi.
