Will this cover also work on the A30 5th wheel hitch for GMC/Chevy 3500 with the oem puck system? I read that the 24 by 24 by 18 inch Classic Accessories Fifth Wheel Hitch Cover # CA80116. This will fit nicely on your Curt Q25 # C16069. Can you tie this cover down so you can drive with the cover on?

Yes, the Classic Accessories Cover for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # CA80116 will work with your Curt A30 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package, # C16070. This is not intended to be installed while driving.
Another option is the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Cover, # RP30055 that is 18" x 28" and covers the hitch head only. This can be better made to cover and stay in place while driving.
