The link you provided did not work, unfortunately. However, in order to determine what brakes you can add to your trailer, you'll want to first verify if your trailer has brake mounting flanges like # TRU74FR.
If your trailer does not have brake mounting flanges, then you will need to have them precisely welded on by a professional, however it is much easier to have the entire axle replaced with one that does have a brake flange already welded.
If your trailer does have a brake flange already welded on, then you would just need to find the numbers stamped on the inner and outer bearings, as well as the wheel bolt pattern. From here you can let me know what you have, and we can see if we can find the correct set of brakes for your trailer.
