Do they make one of these adapters sized to fit fat tire bikes?

The Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # CC-100 does not offer a fat tire adapter for their cargo carrier. The only adapter they offer for bikes, is the Bike Rack Adapter for Stromberg Carlson Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier # CC-125 which will fit bike tires up to 2-1/4" wide.
If you are just interested in a bike carrier, the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes # C18085-FB, which can carry two 45-lb bikes, with a maximum tire width of 4.8".
