This has a 7" drum that is compatible with the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 7" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies item # 23-47-48 you referenced. It fits a 13" wheel and has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. It fits spindles with a inner bearing and outer bearing size # L44649.
