Question:

Hi, My boat trailer has dexter hubs with Replacement Trailer Hub Bearing - L44643 . Can you recommend a hub and bearing kit that would fit an axle that fits that bearing? Thanks in advance.

Assuming you have a # L44643 inner and outer bearing, the correct bearing kit is the # BK1-100. The hub will depend on the bolt pattern you need. These hubs will come pre-greased and include the bearings, races, and grease seals.

For a 4 on 4 I recommend the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly w/ Carrying Case for 2,500-lb Axles - 4 on 4 - Pre-Greased # CE13110. For 5 on 4-1/2 I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles - 13" to 15" Wheels - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-545-2-LF-1K. This will work for a 2,000 lb axle. If you have a 2,500 lb axle with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern on your hub then you would need the # CE13210 instead.
