What replacement hub do I need for an inner bearing and outer bearing part numbers L68149 (inner) & LM67048 (outer). Is there an idler hub assembly no brakes necessary that would use these bearings?

I have a hub solution for you. Even though we do carry a hub that is compatible with you current 4.4k axle that uses an inner bearing # L68149 and an outer bearing # LM67048, we do only carry one that has the brake drums. That is the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 4,400-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-407-5UC3-EZ.
