The # LC328330 does have an 18,000 lb capacity, so if you were looking for a replacement cushioned pin box with a 21,000 lb capacity like the one in your question, you'd need to go with a different option, the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC158778.

Either is going to be a big upgrade for a standard pin box, giving you a smoother, more controlled ride, with the difference being the Rota-Flex uses a rubber compound in its head to limit movement while the Air Ride uses an air spring and shock.
