Yes, the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly part # CE13110 is a fit for a trailer with a straight spindle 1" diameter which uses L44643 bearings. It has a 4 bolt pattern which will work great with an option like a Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel part # AM30780. This combo uses a 5.30-12 size tire which is 22" diameter x 5.6" wide, it has a load range c rating which can be used up to 1,045 lbs.
